This energetic class incorporates various movement flows, core work, flexibility drills, strengthening poses, and challenging balances on both your feet and hands.
This class consists of controlled, precise movements exploring our core musculature. Using Pilates props and our mats, we lengthen, strengthen and stretch with an emphasis on postural muscles and positioning.
Yoga poses and balances are amped up with rounds of long holds, flexibility drills and weights to challenge your stamina and help you get stronger.
